James, you are mad. This looks punishing. At least you are not doing it on rollerblades. I hope the sun shines and you have a cooling breeze - have a great time and good luck.

Stu - best of luck. It's good that you like lycra, I suspect you'll have to have it surgically removed.

Good luck Sam and everyone else, beautiful country but a big one - it was tiring enough driving from Krakow to Lodz, can't think what biking it will be like! Great cause too - good luck!
You Go Richard. What about a lighter bike though... Mr Toad?!

Sam, make sure you use plenty of Vasoline. It makes it easier to remove the saddle and might mean the difference between a local or general anaesthetic for this delicate operation once you get home. Good luck!!!!!!!!!

Well, as much as I'm sure you'll be delighted to hear about my relaxing week in the sun this end, one suspects it's slightly more important to say how proud and admiring I am of you all (especially Sam, Hawar & Ben) in your efforts this week. Not long to go now, and keep thinking of that first sip of alcohol (or whatever your vice of choice is) when you're done.
