The hospice provides care for patients in their own homes through a doctor, nurses, psychologist, physiotherapist and volunteers. It currently supports around 51 patients in Gizycko and 38 in Wegorzewo. It receives government funding for staff salaries but needs equipment that it can lend out to patients being cared for at home.

The Foundation has provided two aspirators and two suction pumps.
