CYCLE POLAND 2017: 24 June - 2 July
20 cyclists rode 1060 km to raise £16,000 for Polish hospices
Our eighth annual ride started in the bustling capital city of Warsaw and meandered through forests, lakes and rural villages, past Malbork castle, and finished in historic Gdansk.
Along the way we visited 8 hospices and delivered vital medical equipment: beds, mattresses, medicines and more. The ride raised an incredible £16,000 so a further 8 hospices received new equipment after the ride finished. Congratulations to all our cyclists for their amazing achievement, and huge thanks to everyone who supported us - we couldn't have done it without you. It is still not too late to help us support the work of Polish hospices by making a donation below. We pay all the Foundation's costs including the costs of the ride, so donations go directly to supporting patients and their families. If you would be interested in taking part in the fantastic adventure that will be Cycle Poland 2018 please email us. We will let you know the details as soon as possible. |
