Sam

In the build up to Cycle Poland 2010, when we were enduring our first training rides in the freezing cold and my legs felt like jelly, I wouldn’t have thought I’d be coming back for more. The fact is that cycling is brilliant fun,  other cyclists are great people to spend time with, Poland is a beautiful country and the Alina Foundation is an incredibly worthwhile charity.  

Any one of those elements would be enough to make me dust off my SPDs and jump on a bike for another cycling challenge. I’m really looking forward to seeing more of the Polish countryside, getting some of the fitness back I had after cycling last year, and playing a small part in helping an ever growing charity with a fantastic cause.
