Sponsoring our cyclistsCycle Poland 2020 aims to raise £10,000 to support palliative care in Poland and Lithuania. Funds will be used to buy vital equipment including beds, wheelchairs, medical supplies and life support equipment, to ensure patients and their families have access to the equipment and support they need.

You can either support all of us or an individual who you know. By clicking on a rider's name below you can find out more about them, and why they are doing the ride. All cyclists pay their own costs of taking part in the trip, so all sponsorship is used in full to purchase medical equipment.

Thank you for supporting the Foundation - your donation will make a huge difference to patients with terminal illnesses and the families and friends who care for them. There is no cost involved in running the Foundation (any expenses involved are covered by matching donations by the Trustees) so all your money will go towards purchasing vital medical equipment that will be used to care for terminally ill patients.
