Szczecin

This hospice cares for children with terminal illnesses and their families who live in Szczecin and the surrounding county. The hospice also provides a palliative care clinic for adults and a gastrostomy (feeding tube) clinic.   

Cycle Poland 2014 visited the hospice to hear about its great work first hand.

To date, the Alina Foundation has provided:

• in 2013, a pulseoxymeter, a feeding pump and an oxygen concentrator; and
• in 2014, two oxygen concentrators
• in 2015, two suction pumps.
• in 2017, three suction catheters and six filters
